A bit about me and you and life’s challenging journey…

In my twenties with no solid career track, my passion for soldiering took main stage and the process of my leadership development revealed my mission to construct a program to help others ‘build true strength in struggles’, leaning on my own experiences with anxiety, addiction and depression. I learned that struggles literally ‘make or break you’ – simple in concept but difficult in practice.

So, you/we are what we ‘see’ in life’s struggles. Are we the victor or victim ? Our brain cannot tell what’s real or not, so what we see on the inside (introspective) becomes our outside reality (extrospective). This awareness builds preparedness and reduces scaredness.

Raised on a small farm, 32 year Army vet, MBA, blue collar roots growing entrepreneurial fruit to make ‘lives better, not bitter’.

The (global) Golden Rule of ‘treating others as you want to be treated’ and its Christological application fuels progress, prosperity and peace for people, organizations and communities
